Who are we?

The company has two directors, Malcolm Henry and Charlie Horder.

Malcolm is a boatbuilder by trade, a businessman by necessity, and a problem-solver by inclination. He has made a living over the last 20 years by designing and building a wide variety of things including houses, kitchens, vehicles, bathrooms, business processes, tools, training courses, software - and a couple of dozen boats. As a freelance consultant he has done work for Shell UK, Pricewaterhouse Cooper, your next door neighbour, and everyone in between.

Charlie is a professional engineer with a vast experience of systems development, managing multi-skilled teams on complex and demanding projects. He has worked for many major engineering businesses including Vosper Thornycroft, Westland Helicopters, British Aerospace and Thales. He now runs his own engineering consultancy and his ability to get a job done in the face of corporate inertia is highly prized by his clients' clients.

During our varied careers we have built up a network of useful individuals each of whom has springs of knowledge and experience into which we can tap.
